We have 57 acres of land which will provide individual grazing paddocks separated by a mixture of post and rail and mains electric fencing.
We also have excellent hacking out from the yard and we are approximately 30 minutes hacking distance from Porthluney Beach and 15 minutes from Scotland woods.
We can provide a 30m by 60m all weather arena and a future project is an all weather lunging area. We have a full set of show-jumps available for hire.
The stabling is arranged within one building with 16 stables, a designated wash box and separate foaling box.
Each stable has partitions that allow the horse to communicate with its neighbour but allow privacy if required, automatic waterers and hay bars.
We can provide a fully tailored service to suit the needs of you and your horse.
Horses and ponies taken at DIY livery prices start at £25 a week for an individual acre turnout paddock, stable and use of sand school. Extra services are available such as turning out, mucking out etc.

· Exercise and schooling
Prices start @ £100 plus VAT for stabling per week.
As an extra we can compete your horse for you or prepare it for competition.
Horses and ponies taken for breaking to re-schooling or just introducing manners.
Individual prices start @£60 plus VAT per week.
Horses/ponies taken at livery for resale. We will advertise your horse and deal with the phonecalls and trying out of prospective purchasers taking the worry out of selling your equine loved one.
Prices start @£60 per week plus VAT and commission of 10% of sale price when sold.
We also breed our own horses and will have them for sale at the end of the year.
We have installed an industrial washing machine for rug washing and reproofing using Nikwax products.

Repair service is available with our industrial sewing machine. Price dependant on work done. For health and safety purposes rugs must be cleaned prior to repair work.
For horse and rider whether assisting with a problem or helping you get the best from your partnership. This can be provided on or off site.
Specialising in clipping nervous/young horses. Cordless battery clipping provided, can be done on/off site no power supply required.
